Description

Take a sneak peek

I was mortified last year when to my horror, Atticus Finch was exposed as a racist. The release of the undiscovered sequel to ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ was met with great excitement. Popularly regarded as the great American novel (according to Oprah Winfrey), Harper Lee’s classic story of one man’s defence of a young innocent negro boy, established Atticus Finch as the country’s moral conscience. That was, until our expectations were dashed and our imagined view of Atticus Finch was revealed to be just that, a fantasy.
